I had a great experience with WESLEY HARDAWAY as our salesman. WESLEY HARDAWAY understood that I wanted the used car that I was purchasing to feel new to me. But the detail/cleaning department did not deliver in that area. It was so disappointing how the inside of my Toyota Highlander was half way cleaned. There was dog hair in the vehicle and the cup holders were not cleaned. It makes me wonder if they actually shampoo the inside like stated. I was disappointed to have the last person residue left behind.

scheduling was easy. they were ready for me. service was timely. waiting room was nice with wifi and coffee.

everything was done but the car wash wasn't working.

wesley is one of the most informative sales reps i have met ... there wasn't a question he couldn't elaborate in detail about. he showed an interest in everything we inquired.
