i had my car towed in because of message lights that i didn't understand. i called and spoke with mike. mike tried to resolve the issue by having me to do some trouble shooting techniques however the messages would not go away. mike suggested to have the car towed in since i was afraid to drive the car. he even tried to get my car towed in under the warranty. however my warranty was out dated and i used aaa to get the car to crown acura. mike told me he would try to have my car completed by thursday of the week. yes he did have it looked at and fixed the error messages as well has he noticed i needed an oil change and he had my oil changed as well. it's always a pleasure to work with mike.
