being a acura owner from ny acura, i was very leary about another dealership handling my cars. but, from my initial phone call, i spoke with willie (the gentle giant), and i felt confident that everything would be just fine at crown acura. i explained what was going on with my car, and he gave me the green light to bring it in. he kept me abreast of what was going on and what was needed, and i appreciated that. he was very kind, soft spoken and for all the above is my reason for continuing service when needed not only for my acura but also my honda. thank you willie, i appreciate you & the mechanic. happy holdays
