Crown Acura of Richmond staff - Wes - expertly guided us through the purchasing process.The Crown process is an old school, paper process. (My previous purchase was all electronic, fewer signatures, and less time consuming. My only issues is the negotiated purchase price was $24.4K in the finance room, the price was $24.6K. It was attributed to cost difference between NC and Virgina. When I received and accepted the $24.4K price, Crown staff was well aware I am a resident of NC. It was an error on staff's part and Crown should have absorbed the cost.
