still having trouble with squeaky brake noise when car in reverse. acura should find a solution to this problem. embarrassing when near crowd of people. the fellow that checked me in/out does a great job!

very fast to get the new sunroof installed in my 24 integra. like 30 minutes !!!

almost 2 hours for a tire rotation and oil change is a little ridiculous especially since i had an appointment

they did a poor job the first time, so we had them redo the work. they also scratched an interior panel, so there were delays in getting that replacement part in. they did fill up the tank, but they also put 100 miles on the car apparently joyriding while waiting for the parts.

This is the second or third time Chris handled the service. I've had a lot of different cars and experienced a number of service reps. Chris is by far the best.
