I was looking for a car with more safety features than I had on my 2013 Toyota Venza to help me be a safe driver. I had done a lot of online research and I had visited several showrooms without finding anything I wanted to buy. So I decided to take a look at Crown Acura. When I arrived at the showroom without an appointment, I was greeted by a lovely young woman, Shaun Chapman. After I explained what I was looking for, she took me out to the lot to show me an RDX. We went for a ride and she explained a number of the car’s features. I left the dealership with my questions answered, estimates for two RDX packages and the trade-in value for my car… all in the space of about 90 minutes! I love that she answered all my questions without any of the pressure I was getting from dealers I had visited already. She knew she had a quality product and let the car sell itself. I called her later in the day to tell her was sold on the RDX.Believe me, I am telling my family and friends about my experience with Shaun. This lady will go far in the business because she is patient, kind, and knows her product. I also met Anthony Easter and had a lovely chat with him. He was friendly and personable. Kevin Johnson, the finance manager, made the purchase paperwork painless and my husband and I had a nice chat with him as he worked. I left with a strongly positive impression of the Crown dealership so I am happy to tell everyone I know about my experience. People I know want to be treated this way when they are considering a major purchase of this kind.Shaun called me the day after the delivery of my car to see if I had any questions or difficulties and invited me to call, text, or come by if I wanted help with the technology. I will be doing that in a few days. I am so glad I walked into this store.

Our experience was excellent! We needed a fairly major repair and we were provided with a loaner. As always, Mike Mereu kept us informed about the progress of our repair every day!

We had a great experience! I was able to say hi to salesman and the gentleman that helped us with the MDX did an excellent job and had the loaner ready for Paul. We even were able to chat with the gentleman that we re called helping us 20 years ago with our TL. Also, I believe the gentleman from the back- Kenny? Came out and answered a few questions for us before we left :-) all in all great visit—everyone was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful!
