staff interaction was 5/5. client lounge and accommodations are 2/5. worn, stained and crowded seating. if courtesy vehicles are not offered, then one would expect a more comfortable area to wait while service is completed.

as soon as i arrived, chris greeted me immediately. i was surprised that he remembered my name. nonetheless, he was professional from start to finish. i believe that the service was a total of one hour.
