I bought a beautiful 2016 Acura RDX 3 days ago from Wes at Crown Acura. Wes was the excellent salesman a few years ago when I bought another used car from him at Crown Acura. After a few days of driving the car my wife and I noted a slight thumping sound coming from the rear of the vehicle. After researching it, I suspected the used car needed new struts in the rear.I contacted the GM Matt Perry who I have purchased a car from before. Matt arranged for me to come in today, 10/16/23, at 1:30pm to have the service department determine the cause of the noise. I braced myself to have to pay $1000+ for new struts. The Service Manager, Matt Rooney, quickly came back to me while I waited saying that the noise is the struts, and that the RDX needs new struts. But what SUPRISED AND DELIGHTED ME was when Matt Rooney said that he will replace the struts with new ones, no charge to me! THIS is what customer service is all about. I contacted Matt Perry and he responded in moments with "we aim to please". His leadership, the Service Manager's leadership, and Wes the salesman guiding the process, is why I will buy EVERYTHING BUT BREAD AND MILK from Crown Acura!

Alton worked me in on very short notice to correct a discrepancy from a previous visit that just came to light (cross-threaded lug nut). Alton was gracious, profesional, and thorough in remediating the problem. Will always want to work with him.
