Repair leaking tire

I had a 9:20AM appointment for a state inspection, everything passed but I did not get my car back until after 12 noon. It seemed a bit long.

Willy was very solicitous and explained everything well.

Service Department is great, as a rule. However, this particular experience received 4 out of 5 stars. I live 90 minutes away in Ruckersville, VA. I arrived at the scheduled date and time, October 16, 2024 at 9:20am for a Recall, State Inspection, and Tire Alignment. When I arrived, I was told that they would not have time to complete the above work and that it would be ready in a few days. They issued a loaner car so that I could drive back to Ruckersville, VA. Needless to say this was inconvenient as I now had to arrange my work schedule and cancel appointments so that I could drive back to the dealership on Friday, October 18th, to retrieve my vehicle.

Service completed in a timely manner. Everyone was friendly and respectful.
