service advisor chris made it a 5. everything was timely and well advised. highly recommend him. he also was very prompt and kind when it came to the detail guys scratching my entire car and promptly got it fixed and the fixed again after the detail guys messed it up a second time.

i made an appointment for a b service, a recall inspection, and a state inspection. service advisor chris greeted me as soon as i drove in, and processed everything. he promised it within 2 hours, and i was out in a little over one and a half hours. he was very courteous and professional.
