i took my car in due to a power steering error and was pleasantly surprised that the error/issue was covered under an extended warranty. i also had to get axle seals fixed due to leaking and an oil change. william alford took really good car of me and walked me through the process and kept me in the loop for the axle seal because the dealership had to order a part. it only took a few days. over all i was pleased and i was thinking i would have to come out of pocket more.
