Very pleasant, except having to pay for it.

The sales person (Chris Wren) was very professional and knowledgeable. There was no pressure and a fair and respectful handling of the "numbers".The Finance manager (Kevin) was also professional and knowledgeable. I will say, that part of the visit took quite a long time.

Drop vehicle for recall, oil change and multi point check. A complementary car wash was included but that never happen. The inside was vacuum without moving the mats, therefore it was still dirty under the weather mats. The outside was still dirty and it appears that they didn't even washed it. The only thing that was cleaned was the mirrors and the front/back windshield.

Shaun was absolutely amazing!!! We prepped a bunch before the visit and I was done in less than 3 hours.

Mike was very helpful and gave me a loaner that I was interested in driving.

Chris was so easy to work with and he took care of our tire problem ( a flat caused by a screw imbedded in the tire ). He should be commended for his friendly manner and efficiency.
