The visit itself was very pleasant. Wes provided us with information without the sales pitch and pressure.It is the issues that followed the purchase of the car that caused most of the stress and anxiety. The incorrect paperwork - 3 counts (addition of an extra coverage that was specifically refused, temporary license that was issued for 4 days only, incorrect license number on the DMV paperwork). The scratch and chipped paint on the new car. Having to repeatedly request copies of paperwork before getting a near illegible copy (I am still waiting for a better copy to arrive). I am also still waiting for my car title. This is the first new car that I have purchased in 30 years. I was excited and looking forward to the experience. I love the car, but administrative issues detracted from the overall experience. I don't want anything (except my title), I just want you to know so that you can do better. Buying a new car is a big deal and stressful enough because of the $$. After the decision is made, everything else should be a piece of cake.
