making an online appointment was very easy. i was greeted immediately by will since he was free. i originally was goi by to sit since it was only supposed to be a simple pill change. when my car was taken back will noticed my inspection was almost due, so i told him to go ahead with it. unfortunately a couple of items showed up, will had the pricing for me and was able to secure a loaner car for me. when i returned the next morning alton checked me out in a friendly and efficient manner.i've been a customer/acura owner for over ten years and appreciated the high level of service that i receive each time .
