i always request my appointment to be with chris arnold because he is professional, polite, i knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy and dependable. he keeps me informed throughout the appointment if i'm waiting and always fully answers my questions. i appreciate the time he takes to talk to me and personalize my visit. i highly recommend him to future customers.

darren responded to a roadside emergency w/a blown tire & no lug nut key to unlock it. after getting the spare on we followed darren to the dealership & alton got the tire replaced & checked out the care without the advantage of an appt. a fast &;thorough response to a bad situation.thanks
