Came in for a nail in the tire. I purchased the car July 7, 2022. I went to Discount tire to have the nail removed. They were unable to help as Acura did not provide the wheel lock when the car was purchased. (Good thing I wasn't on the side of the road with a flat!) Mike And Willie helped me upon my arrival and was kind and courteous. Unfortunately, what would have been a free repair at Discount Tire ended up being a $272.00 tire replacement at Acura. The question in my mind is this., why wasn't the wheel lock provided? This really could have been a bad situation if my tire had gone flat.

Wonderful experience. I came in for some routine work including a 4 wheel alignment and balancing. After work was completed, I noticed a vibration in the steering wheel at highway speed. I returned back immediately and their mechanic and I drove the car on the highway and he saw what the issue was. They took the car back in, gave me a loaner and were able to correct the problem the same day - at no additional cost ! Needless to say, I'm very pleased.
