everything was great

i believe the gentleman in the service department was named mike if not he's the first desk in the left as you walk into the service area office. i was a walk in from out of town and he responded as quickly as i could have expected in correcting the issue.

Our salesman gave a very informative session. He was very helpful with all of our questions.

good overall. but i spent about 2.5 hours there for what turned out to be a relatively minor issue. the issue that i brought the vehicle in for was not resolved initially. they were unable to duplicate while in the shop, but as they brought the vehicle up, it made the sound and they were able to fix it.

always amazing. this survey doesn't say if #1 is best or #5 is best, so i hope i chose #5 as best because it was amazing! it always is amazing. they bend over backwards for me and my wife, always seem to find us a loaner car, very helpful and friendly. it's always a great experience. we bought a 22 mdx advance last year and a 20 mdx tech both last year from them. i plan to keep buying cars from them, they have won a long term customer.

my service associate mike was very professional

crown effectively communicated status of repairs and made service easy. when service was completed, the car let out some smoke as we drove it home. i texted crown and they immediately responded. our service person, alton, came to our home--after hours!--looked at the car, and took it back to crown to complete repair. i have greatly appreciated crown's and alton's outstanding service.
