mike was an expert at checking us in😊he is so efficient and friendly!the person that did our oil change was great. he performed the oil change much sooner than we expected 😊it worked out perfectly for us because we had many things to do after the appointment.

staff are friendly. only thing keeping me from rating a 5 would be the client lounge area. the cramped space, dusty light fixtures, stained chairs, fridge only offering water, and snack bowl only stocked with a few granola bars. very underwhelming in comparison with our local lexus and audi dealerships.
