I think the service department should update the navigation system free of charge or at least a minimal amount. For older customers this task requires more tech knowledge than some of us have. Leaving the vehicle for a day to have it done is not practical.

i had the same excellent experience i always have with chris arnold as my service advisor. my car was received at my appointment time, and all work to be done on my car discussed in full. the work was completed to my satisfaction in a timely manner. i have always found chris to be respectful, professional, and thorough in his work.
