i was able to get an appointment for service quickly, chris made some recommendations which took some extra time but i was on my way in a very reasonable amount of time.

everything and my experience with mike was 5/5 stars except for one thing that i believe could use some work. i have opted for the "courtesy wash" that is offered during both of my two visits. to crown acura the first time it looked as if there were water spots left on the car, and some areas that were not washed properly. yesterday, i was waiting during the end of my service outside of the building, and watched a gentleman spray my car down with a power washer (far too close to the paint, in my opinion) and nothing else. i enjoy washing my cars myself, and reaslitically i don't expect anyone to do as good of a job as i would do, but this effort is far from a "courtesy". i have realistic expectations of someone who is expected to wash 20+ cars a day, but this has been an enormous service break for me during both of my visits. while i will continue to come back for service without hesitation, i will not be taking advantage of the courtesy wash anymore. i know most people do not care about their car being clean like i do, but even those customers who do not care for their car in the same way would appreciate a truly clean car, possibly even moreso than myself.again, everything was excellent yesterday. i find a lot of value in going to crown acura for service instead of a regular shop. your service members and sales team are all very friendly, and it really says something that i see many of the same faces in there with each visit. i have a background in customer service myself, and i see this as a potential area of improvement that could really make a difference.
