i came in to service department without an appointment. i had a serious tire leak and chris responded to my need immediately.

i was very happy with my advisor and the service and getting a loaner car. only one thing marred my experience. even though the tires were rotated, the pressure was not adjusted. each tire had a different pressure ranging from 32 to 36 pounds. i would expect that the tire pressure would have been adjusted to the optimal pressure.
