alton provided excellent service. i have no complaints.

my service manager chris is always prompt to greet me when i arrive. he's very pleasant and professional. he keeps me updated on the progress of my repair . if anything unexpected comes up he explains things very well. the waiting area is comfortable and has all the things i need to be able to work while i wait for my service to be completed .

jarret is the only reason we bought our mazda. he is amazing. most car dealerships the salesmen have no soul. jarret 100% has one and deserves a better dealership. if we had talked to the finance guy we had to sign papers with at the end i would have left within 1 min of being near him. he is terrible. 100% has no soul. do better with your fear mongering for people to buy your warranty, some people just dont want it. move on without the theatrics and personal attacks. i purposely got the check from the bank before sitting down with this guy for the sole purpose that people like him are what i envision the stereotypical used car sales world to be like.

service department mike mereu was good! the only draw back was that's i ask for my old sun view back "" (we got home looked in back seat is was awful filthy dirty black hand spots all over it ....one i had in car was *very clean **i replace it because i broke it i was very upset anyone would work on car with out clean glove on i'm calling *matt perry general manager * let him know how i feel about service center replace my sun view ! jane dandridge

i was able to make the appointment online. chris took care of everything on my list as well as following up on needed items after my state inspection
