chris was waiting when i got there and took my car straight in. it was ready by the promised time. no extra repairs or cost .

the experience was fine, my representative was very informative and i appreciate the pictures and explanations- but i'm not allen. i'm melissa. it's annoying to me that the phone numbers on file don't correspond to the people who own the car. the person i worked with asked for the best number to reach me (melissa) and i gave him my number. then my husband (who was at work- not the one in the lobby of acura) got a text about the car. i received a text to ask about my experience today and it's addressed to my husband. just some insight to make the experience better in my opinion.

shaun was great. i was not easy to deal with...particular in what i was looking for. she was very responsive and did not pressure. matt is top notch. as was other staff folks.
