i was a little annoyed with the time it took to service my car. i had an 8:45am appointment and dropped my car off the night before. i was told that the clients waiting cars are done first. it shouldn't matter, my appointment was for 8:45 and should have been serviced at or around that time. someone was supposed to give me a ride and couldn't because my car wasn't ready until 3:15pm. i had to take an uber to pick up my vehicle. i actually was thinking about purchasing another acura, but if the service is going to be like it was saturday, no way!
