i just wanted to say my service advisor was very attentive and helpful!

service advisor chris was very professional and knowledgeable.

service itself was fine. it was a very long wait for my vehicle... longer than projected. i had to wait an additional 45 minutes to an hour to get the vehicle washed, and the vehicle was poorly washed. the waiting area needs more snacks and variety. no soft drinks, and the coffee machine was out of order....hardly the treatment one would expect from a luxury car dealership, especially if there is a 3 hour wait. customer should be made to feel valued, appreciated, and special.
