mike was really great. i dropped my car off and was ready (earlier) that expected. clean office, friendly associates and my overall experience was great.

it was easy to schedule to get an appointment and my wait was an appropriate length of time for a service and inspection. i addition, chris was very helpful with an additional question i had about fixing some dings in my car. after explaining a couple of options, i decided to use the service in the back of the acura lot. chris personally introduced me to the guy who did an estimation on site. i appreciated that!

the customer service representative was great, the auto technician repaired my vehicle wonderfully, the wait was ok, the waiting room was too small and they could have had doughnuts instead of snacks that nobody ate. besides that it was good experience.
