i have come for a few times now and it starts with the customer service from alton. he greets with excitement and assures me that he will be right with me. i really like how he reminds me of what needs to be done. it feels like someone wants to make sure i am okay and that means a lot to me!! he explained my code and gave me estimates.i was happy that the work didn't take too long, the code was cleared, and though i can't really tell my car drove well and it read accurately, so i trust the work was done properly. my husband despises going to the dealer, but i have been won ... don't want anyone touching it but acura of richmond!!! alton is absolutely the best!!!

i came in for routine maintenance, and during inspection, the technician discovered the timing belt tensioner was leaking. although the vehicle had only 80k miles, and the timing belt service interval is 100k, s/he recommended timing belt service due to the age of the components (almost 12 years). i am very happy for the attention paid due to the age of our van, and avoiding potential major issues arising had the timing belt not been replaced.
