staff i interacted with were nice and everything went okay, but the dealership waiting area was on par with what i would expect at a hyundai dealership and not a luxury/premium brand. the chairs were covered in stains and low quality. the area is also cramped. this was my first time having to wait in the client lounge at crown acura and it was honestly shocking how different it was from the client lounge at the local audi and lexus dealerships, in the worst way.
