Chris is always nice and friendly. He respects my time and always is accommodating.

Went in for the 1st time because I was alerted to a low volt battery. The service person made sure to understand the issue and then brought my car in to be looked at. Turned out to be a loose cable to the battery. Since my car was new just purchased a few weeks prior there was no change and even increased air in my tires and got me a free car wash and vacuum. Will be going back and appreciate the excellent service.

although there was a delay in being serviced due to the large number of vehicles in line, I was informed of a possible delay. Organization of service was excellent and I felt welcome (first visit). The service coordinator was polite, efficient, and personable. I am entirely pleased with the experience.
