jamell helped me originally attempt to work out a deal on a bmw m235 and trade in my gti. despite the deal not working out he stayed in contact with me and made me feel welcome to still sell my car to his dealership when the time came!

our visit was great up until we got in the car to come home. everyone was attentive, explaining what needed to be done. suggestions made regarding services needed soon due to expiration of warranties, etc.. one of the concerns i had mentioned was a vibrating sound coming from the drivers side of the dash that comes and goes. the sound is still there. starts with speed around 50-60 and has been constant since we got home. this has been an issue since we had bodywork done last spring following a collision with a deer. appears to be getting worse. i know it's difficult to work on something that comes and goes but it's super annoying.

Chris in the service department is wonderful to work with. He got my car looked out and returned the same day with short notice. He was excellent at keeping in touch with what was going on.
