alton - whatever you are paying him, double it. because originally he informed me that my car's insurance had a few problems and i was punching air and balling up my fist like it was the arthur meme. but he was able to sort everything out and iron out all the details with keeping me in the loop. he was able to provide me with all the information about my car on what needs to be looked at and any additional care needed. talked about my windshield problem and how he had a better solution than what i gave him. i'm sure everybody was able to provide such top tier service, but alton was just that guy.

alton was a pleasure to work with. this is my second to me dealing with this dealership and it's been great both times. i'm a do it myself kinda guy and like the fact that this dealership doesn't try to push issues on me that the dealer thinks they have to fix. another thing is that i was kept up to date on repairs

hi matt. i had a wonderful experience at crown acura on 2/23/2023.alton trainum is an excellent service advisor. as i was waiting for my service appointment, he came out to my car before the scheduled time to assure me that i would be serviced promptly.i found him yo be very personable and knowledgeable. he made me feel that i was valued as a customer.he explained everything that would be done to my car and the price i could expect to pay. he asked if i had any questions. he listened and answered the questions i had.while i know i can probably get my car serviced cheaper somewhere else, your service advisors, technicians and the amenities you provide, keep me coming year after year.
