my visit was made great by altroniam (forgive me if i misspelled it), but he went over and beyond to help me with a dilemma and i am beyond thankful. every time i come he has helped me with such excellence. i am not one of those who just says this either for i am pretty hard to impress. he listens, empathizes and looks to help,and that keeps me coming honestly. so even if something happens i trust him to advise not just make a buck. so he is #1 in my book

the service writer, chris arnold, took extra care to explain the pricing estimate for the work when i arrived, gave me a very accurate estimate of the time required, and then made sure i was comfortable in the waiting lounge. i also appreciated the repair was accomplished with oem acura/honda parts.
