5 star customer service every time! alton was accommodating with my schedule when i called to let him know i was behind on arrival time, maintenance completed ahead of schedule and he also arranged for someone to come and buff out exterior paint/scratching immediately after with minimal cost and wait time. jamel is the most excellent sales person i've had the experience working with and was able sit down during my wait time to give me guidance on next my lease/buy out options and check out my rdx to assure me it was in great condition. he's gone the extra mile with birthday and anniversary check in calls and recommend him to anyone who will listen!!! 🤩

had an unexpected problem on drive to richmond. phoned the dealership and was able to bring my car in right away after explaining the problem to the service advisor alton. i was met as soon as i pulled into the service bay by alton. advised i needed to have a diagnostic test and the cost. my problem was identified and corrective action needed. the fix will be extremely costly which i will have to schedule after returning from vacation.i have been scheduling service for my acura's since 2005 and have always had excellent results. best service department i have experienced in over 60 years years of experience.keep up the great work.

chris in the service department is excellent. he's always friendly, attentive and on top of it!!! y'all should pay him more. he always gets my car serviced and finished before he said he would. that's why i keep coming back to crown.

I stopped by to inquire about refinancing my car when the lease expires. Melvin Saunders was very helpful and explained my options. As far as interest rate and length of loan, he help me get all of the paperwork filled out while we were doing that the service department was able to change my oil, rotate tires, and do an alignment. They also noticed a problem with the brakes, but I did not notice, and were able to take care of fixing it. In one day I was able to accomplish what I expected to take several days. I could not be more pleased the staff at Crown Acura is top notch.
