I was happy to see that Crown offered a discount for maintaining regular service appointments. I also appreciate the outstanding customer service that Alton provided during my recent repair visit!Alton was able to schedule my vehicle for repairs on short notice and arranged a "loaner" vehicle for me to drive during the repair. He also went above and beyond my expectations by replacing my key fob battery, arranging a thorough cleaning for my car, and preparing a letter for me to submit to my insurance company for a follow-up windshield repair. I'm grateful that Alton went the extra mile and exceeded my expectations during my repair visit.
