sales floor employees were very nice and professional. finance team as well. i smiled throughout my process. i had some mechanical issues with my vehicle early on. i was afraid i'd be stuck with a car that needed immediate pricey repairs. i was surprised by the dedication to make sure i was taken care of. i sincerely thought i had made a terrible mistake purchasing my suv. the customer service was great and they never made me feel like i was a bother. i never once felt slighted. they even filled my gas tank for the hour commute for services, gave me a loaner vehicle while the part was on order and delivered my car an hour away to me as a courtesy. these are some good people. the transaction could have went very differently. i'm happy with my purchase and even happier with the way i was treated as a young single blk woman. i didnt feel like i needed to bring my dad along hahaha!!! 5 stars!!!!! i'll def return in the future.
