Brought my MDX in for 30k check up, waited for my car, test drove a new ADX while I waited - all very good

I purchased my leased vehicle, which the experience went well. I did however call back and spoke to Wesley. I shared with him that an automatic payment still came out of my account for the monthly charge. This was in error, of course, because there should be no balance. He told me that my financial rep (Mr. Johnson) would call me back to rectify the situation but I have not heard back from anyone, nor have I been reimbursed or told what's next.

Jarrat and Tony made the entire experience enjoyable and treated us like partners in the process. Transparent honest discussions with everyone. Wonderful customer service and experience to learn about the car and features. Made it an easy and enjoyable experience, could not ask for more in a new car buying experience. The finance manager is fantastic - do not let him retire!

The staff in each department was EXCELLENT!...I was greeted upon entering, directed to Mr. Jarratt who i had an appointment with. He was professional, informative, patient, understanding , and attentive to my concerns. The managers were willing to work with my considerations and welcomed me to their showroom and assured me they'd be able to get a deal done! I came in looking at. used car online and left with a new 2025! The finance dept didn't drop the ball either, he showed me options and helped me make a decision i was comfortable with to assure i'd be taken care during my many road trips gor several years to come! Generally, i despise having to purchase. new vehicle, but Crown Acura changed that with their at ease approach, can do attitude, attention to detail, professionalism (even followed up with me a couple of times after purchase to see how I was doing with my new vehicle) and friendly service! I highly recommend this location to purchase a vehicle!...Thank you to the entire Team!
