it was very quick and easy. jarret greeted me when i walked in the door. had the car ready to test drive. after the test drive i signed the papers and was on my way. i wasn't forced to add anything extra and processing fees are very reasonable

new rdx towed in. staff assessed the problem and identified that acura had not affixed a hose on the turbo properly and it popped off. they re-attached, checked the car and it seemed to be good to go.
