i was greeted by the service representative as soon as i arrived my service was completed within 5 minutes of his estimate i was totally pleased

i love working with my service person mike. was not expecting to be hit with such a large repair/replacement bill since this was an a-1 service however i now have new tires and brakes.i continue to share my feelings that crown acura could do much much better with having a nicer waiting area for its service customers. it's small and very limited amenities. after all the acura is a luxury car yet the waiting area is on the level of a ford or kia.
