the customer service representative's were great. so far all the actual maintenance and work done seems great. there is a small rattle that has happened 2 times since i got the vehicle back. i'm not sure if it'll go away or if i'll need to get it looked at. also this is a small issue but when i picked up the car it wasn't very clean. your company usually does a good job with the curtesy wash but this time it wasn't done well which was slightly disappointing.
