good service and good experience. however, i would appreciate if the service rep would come back and check with me if the expected wait time is going to exceeded beyond the expected wait time provided when i brought my car to be serviced. then i can make a decision if i would like to stay longer to complete the remainder of service such as the car wash. this would be a "5" .
