my second attempt to get this problem resolved. after i made time in my schedule to be in richmond an with that the time to wait. my first went sideways as after i booked on line a requested a loaner only to find after i arrived at 8:30 in the morning you have no loaners. not happy as like ur time mine is important.alton was the second service advisor i spoke with who arranged an appointment for me with the following day with the first service advisor who didn't look happy to see me or work with me an immediately turned me over to matt who got right out of his office an addressed the problem an came up with a solution to resolve on my next trip to richmond. so thank you matt. i surely understand how a service writer makes his living an warranty work is an unfortunate task. thank you alton for following thru good luck in your career.

Pleased with getting a service appointment so quickly. Excellent service from Mike in the service department, However, I bought my car in July and needed a new battery in October, I was surprised and very disappointed that Acura would not provide a battery at no cost to me. I guess the warranty I paid for was not helpful.

the service was great. 10/10. however the sales department is lacking in service. i was interested in the 2022 mdx and after looking at the show room vehicle for approximately 15 minutes, i was not met with a hello or can i answer any questions. several people walked passed me without checking on my interest. other than that it was a great experience.
