The business manager that we signed our paperwork with needs better customer service skills. We didn't use all of our 4Runner's trade in value when purchasing the MDX so we were owed a check. When my husband asked the business manager for a statement or something in writing with the amount of the check that we'd be receiving, he seemed annoyed that we were asking for something so simple. We understand that the car buying process can be lengthy one however it could've been a bit more streamlined. Our salesman, Wes was great and we'd definitely come back to him again.
