i was pleased with the service

second start of car day of visit & suspected by sound - battery was on it's way out. drove straight to acura & willie alford took over from there. went the extra mile by placing my one bag of groceries in the refrigerator (how's that for well rounded service!!!) while service technician determined "yes" a new battery was indeed needed.

initially my visit was very concerning because once the service of my vehicle was done and a list of recommended repairs needed was given to me. i looked it over, there was a couple of repairs that was very pricey and in my opinion should have been done prior to it being sold. i questioned whether i was sold a lemon. the service advisor was very gracious and reported my concerns to the general manager. i was extremely pleased with the efforts that all involved put into making sure everything was right before leaving. both the advisor and general manger went above and beyond to assure my satisfaction. i am very appreciative for all that was done.

chris is always very efficient and, while extremely busy with other appointments, he took care of my service needs in a timely manner.
