service was provided free as it was to repair issue caused by prior service. when i picked up the car one windshield wiper blade was missing which i discovered by turning on the wipers and hearing the metal scraping on the glass. service advisor immediately took care of it and apologized. he, "christopher " was quite professional and helpful, thus the 4 rating rather than something lower.
