my appointment was easily made. my car was well serviced, completed on time and washed for me.throughout,my service rep, chris, kept me totally informed. i will continue to use crowne for service as i have for 10 years!

mike was very efficient and explained everything that was being done. car was ready on time and had a wash as well!

i got there at 730. they change my oil and rotated my tires. that took about 2 hours

quick service, pleasant reps and great customer service. i hope none of that ever changes.

Dave, Matt & Josh were all extremely helpful through the entire process, staying in close communication & helping us solve any problems that came up along the way. They really helped to make the purchase feel special.We were extremely disappointed when we sat down to buy a car that was on the lot and Anthony said hold on a minute & called another customer to offer it to them instead. Because of this we were not able to get the car we actually wanted. Thank you to Dave & Matt for apologizing to us in this situation, sympathizing with us and still working so closely with us.
