willie, service advisor, has great customer service skills & is very knowledgeable answering all my questions. and...when i called last saturday afternoon after a cotter pin punctured my tire (60 miles from richmond in a rural area with all tire stores closed🙁) he analyzed situation confirming best to now proceed in replacing all four tires after reviewing fact sheet / tread info from last visit. tires had to be ordered &appt set for that monday. he was very kind & reassuring.
