great experience. flexible appointments. i was able to drop my car off and come back to get it when i returned from travel.

the experience is good! the survey does not explain the rating option which is the best rate and should be improved.

chris was great - super helpful and very respectful of my time and money. he made a point to explain my options and why each was priced the way that it was and what was top priority. additionally, he continued to communicate clearly so we were on the same page. the only negative piece of the experience was that i dropped my car off at 6:15 the night prior and somehow my keys were missed in the drop box and nobody knew until i followed up the next day at lunch

The experience was mostly a good one but when I tried to communicate with my sales person after the purchase regarding emails I received from the service department , he never responded to my texts and emails. I tried emailing him 3 times and texting too. I only wanted to know if the part that the service department was contacting me about was a mistake or part of my purchase or a mistake.

service department did a great job with oil change, tire rotation, installing front license plate, and overall assessment of vehicle. even washed it. service advisor (william alford) was friendly, nice, and responsive.sales department was very friendly while i waited. gave me an appraisal of our rdx. talked with me about selling and buying. anthony and jamel were great and if we buy a new car it will be b/c of them.great job! --josh skillman
