Everything was great, per usual

Kedon was great to work with when purchasing my new ADX. He was very knowledgeable when we came into the dealership last week and listened to exactly what features I wanted. He let me know as soon as the desired vehicle was scheduled to arrive and arranged a time to come back.

Was a routine check but additional issues found and I was promptly called and provided a loaner car so my afternoon would not suddenly become unmanageable. Mike Merou, my repair service person did a fantastic job with communication and service. He is the best.

My visit started of on the right foot when I called Crown Acura on Monday morning to ask about coming in that day to look at cars. Aerial answered the phone and was polite and helpful. Next I talked to Anthony, the sales manager, who asked good questions and said that Shawn would be looking forward to working with me that afternoon. Shawn was great! She was knowledgeable, friendly, patient with me (I'm not great with technology!) and showed me everything about the cars.When I decided to purchase the car, Anthony made sure it was cleaned and ready for me. Wes was easy to work with on the financial matters and maintenance packages available. Overall the staff was great in what could have been a stressful time, and I went home with a beautiful new Acura!!
