I would have provided an excellent rating except the advertisement for the car was misleading when it said it had remote start. We were expecting our key FOB's to have a remote start button like every other vehicle we have had with remote start. We only found out after we purchased it that you had to purchase a subscription to AcuraLink and use a phone app to use the remote start functionality. We are disappointed in how this was not accurately portrayed.

it was a pleasure working with service advisor mike mereu. i was very grateful for him squeezing my 2007 rdx in for t/s and repair. i will say that this past weekend i opened the hood of the vehicle and found the power steering reservoir was just laying detached from the bracket that it sits on. please ask your maintenance staff to inspect all their work prior to closing up and returning the vehicle to the customer. just to let you know, i am a licensed aircraft mechanic and work daily on supporting a major us based airline and i also support the usaf air force ii fleet. if a mistake like this occurred on a aircraft, you can't just pull over on the side of the road.

It was a great experience was very impressed with the teamwork at the dealership everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. You do not experience this often these days.
