vehicle came one issue, as usual something else needs to be done...nevertheless it was fixed... now strangely my air conditioner is not working....unfortunately one would think someone's trying to drum up business...i don't...that's my experience

made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. prompt service upon arrival. waited on site while vehicle was serviced, which was done in a timely manner.

my car came in for the recall to paint the roof and replace the windshield. my husband was in the hospital making it difficult to drop off my car. matt had me drop it at acura on sun. and he took it to bruce's auto for me on mon. when it was ready for pick up at bruce's willy arranged to get it back to acura for inspection and new brakes front and back. i really appreciate the extra effort they put forth to accommodate my difficult situation!

work was done in a timely manner and i was informed about additional work, everyone was polite an overall pleasant visit.

it was good. however, the technician forgot to reset the oil percentage so i had to do it.
